Model-year records

What the 2019 record can and cannot say

The 2019 record contains 890 complaints. That is about 582 reports above the median complaint count in these records. The comparison shows how this year's count fits within our records, but it cannot establish a defect rate.

Electrical System appears most often among the shown tags, with 255 reports and a 28.7% share. One complaint may name several components. This percentage describes the submitted complaints, not the probability of a failure.

Engine replacement or major internal repair has the highest midpoint parts estimate in the applicable list, at $7,000. Check existing factory coverage and contract exclusions before counting that amount as a saving from a new plan.

Confirm who pays before authorizing work

A recall remedy follows the campaign and VIN eligibility. A service bulletin provides diagnosis or repair instructions; it does not by itself promise payment. Manufacturer warranty extensions and support programs have their own conditions.
