The vehicle-record baseline uses complaint and recall archives retrieved 2026-10-18. The feeds include the published model-year counts and research reports, with their source dates and links for citation. Manufacturer communications keep their separate older snapshot.
We have not published a comparable history of monthly snapshots. These entries do not identify newly filed complaints, newly issued campaigns or month-to-month increases. Research publication dates do not refresh the underlying records.

Feeds change when reviewed data or research is published; there is no promised daily or monthly schedule. RSS follows publications and does not provide safety notifications. For a fresh inquiry, use the current NHTSA lookup.
