Buying a vehicle service contract in Tennessee

Tennessee's published vehicle-warranty warning explains that a service-contract seller may be separate from the business deciding claims. A notice containing your VIN or language about an expiring warranty does not establish a connection to your manufacturer.

That warning was published in 2012. The current consumer-complaint route is the Attorney General's Division of Consumer Affairs, which moved there in 2019. Use the current complaint link and identify both seller and claims administrator. This guide does not infer a cancellation deadline from the warning.
