Buying a vehicle service contract in Oklahoma

Oklahoma's Insurance Department oversees licensed service warranty associations through its Regulated Industry Services division. Identify the association legally responsible for the contract and check its authorization with that division.

The department's 2024 bulletin explains licensing changes effective November 1, 2024, including financial-statement and renewal requirements. An expired license has a reinstatement process; do not rely on an old certificate without checking current status. The bulletin does not determine your contract's refund or repair entitlement.
