Buying a vehicle service contract in Colorado

Colorado's motor vehicle service-contract law generally requires a reimbursement insurance policy. The contract must identify the policy's issuer, policy number and how the holder can claim under it. Manufacturer contracts and maintenance-only agreements have exclusions from this framework.
