Our Subaru records cover Ascent, Crosstrek, Forester, Outback, WRX, BRZ, Impreza, Legacy, Solterra, with 94 model years in total. Owners filed 14,075 complaints for those entries. Without knowing how many vehicles were on the road, we cannot calculate a complaint rate.
Among the component tags, Visibility/Wiper leads with 3,531 submitted reports. Because a complaint may carry several tags, the count is better used to inspect coverage than rank reliability.
The file also contains 190 recall campaigns. Its 27,809 manufacturer communications cover a wider field than defects, so neither total should be added to expected warranty claims.
